Fiji

Have you been to a place that consists of some many kinds of islands?

Have you ever seen Coral Coast before?

Have you ever been to Bouma Fall in Taveuni Levu?

Look at the map that you can feel how closer when you are in Australia and New Zealand.

Fiji is a Melanesian country in the South Pacific Ocean, It lies about two-thirds of the way from Hawaii to New Zealand and consists of an archipelago that includes 332 islands, a handful of which make up most of the land area, and approximately 110 of which are inhabited.

Coral Coast
The Coral Coast has been a popular holiday destination for many years. It was one of the first areas in Fiji to be developed for tourism, with a number of large hotels and smaller accommodation options. Located on the south-western side of the main island of Viti Levu, it is easily accessed from the coastal Queen's Highway that runs between Nadi and Suva. The beaches vary along this coastline.

Bouma Fall
The gorgeous tropical rain forest of Bouma National Park Fiji is one of the unexpected highlights of a trip to Fiji. Set in the Northern Group of Islands on the Garden Island of Taveuni, Bouma encompasses 15,000 hectares of forest with 1000ft volcanic peaks, razor edge mountain ridges and cliffs that fall into the sea.

There are bush trails throughout the park, but an experienced guide is required to show the way. For those wishing to explore by themselves, the Park offers two maintained trails, the Bouma Falls Trail and Lavena Coastal Walk. Access to Bouma Falls Trail is from the north-east coast, with the main attraction being the Tavoro Falls (three lovely waterfalls between 10 minutes and an hour walk from the main road). At the end of the coastal road on the west coast of Taveuni is the attractive village of Lavena. This is the departure point for the 3 mile Lavena Coastal Walk along the forest edge, passing cove beaches and waterfalls. This coast can also be explored by kayak.
